Battiz replacement batteries are covered by a 12-month warranty under normal use.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers quality-related issues caused by normal use, including verified battery failure, charging issues, or performance problems confirmed after inspection.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper charging, unauthorized modification, physical damage, water damage, incorrect storage, or use with incompatible devices.
Wholesale Orders
For B2B and wholesale orders, warranty handling will be based on the confirmed order terms, product condition, batch information, and after-sales inspection results.
