2. Wholesale, OEM, and ODM Orders

5. Shipping

Wholesale, OEM / ODM, customized, private label, and bulk orders are handled based on the confirmed order terms and may not follow the same return process as standard retail orders.

7. Warranty

Battiz replacement batteries are covered by a 12-month warranty under normal use.

Warranty coverage applies to verified quality-related issues and does not cover misuse, improper charging, physical damage, unauthorized modification, water damage, incorrect storage, or use with incompatible devices.
