Battiz mainly serves B2B and wholesale customers. By contacting us, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
Product Information
Product specifications, compatibility information, pictures, and descriptions are provided for reference. Final product details, pricing, lead time, shipping method, and order terms should be confirmed before placing an order.
Quotation
Prices shown or provided by Battiz may vary depending on product model, quantity, customization requirements, destination, and shipping method.
A quotation is valid only within the stated validity period. If no validity period is stated, the final price should be confirmed again before order confirmation.
Orders
For wholesale and B2B orders, order details must be confirmed by both parties before production or shipment, including product model, quantity, price, payment terms, shipping terms, and lead time.
OEM / ODM Orders
For OEM / ODM or private label orders, product details, packaging requirements, samples, artwork, and production requirements must be confirmed before bulk production.
Shipping
Shipping method, cost, and lead time depend on product type, quantity, destination, and battery transportation requirements. Battery products may require compliance documents or special shipping arrangements.
Warranty
Battiz replacement batteries are covered by a 12-month warranty under normal use. Warranty handling will be based on confirmed order terms, product condition, and after-sales inspection results.
Limitation of Liability
Battiz is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, improper installation, use with incompatible devices, unauthorized modification, incorrect storage, transportation delays, customs clearance issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
