Battiz ships replacement batteries, chargers, and related accessories to customers in supported countries and regions.
1. Retail Order Processing Time
For in-stock retail orders, we usually arrange shipment within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing time may be longer for battery products, high-demand items, customized products, bulk orders, or orders requiring special shipping arrangements.

Estimated shipping time depends on the destination country, product type, shipping method, customs clearance, and carrier conditions.
Battery products may require special transportation channels, so delivery time may be longer than standard non-battery products.

For retail orders, available shipping options and shipping costs will be shown at checkout when applicable.
4. Battery Shipping Notice
Because many Battiz products contain lithium batteries or battery-related components, some shipments may be subject to transportation requirements and carrier restrictions.
Certain products may require compliance documents such as UN38.3, MSDS, or other shipping-related documents. Shipping methods may vary depending on product model and destination country.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Battiz is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection, carrier delay, local import regulations, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Tracking Information
When tracking information is available, we will provide the tracking number after shipment.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package is handed over to the carrier.
