Battiz mainly serves B2B and wholesale customers. Return and warranty handling will be based on the confirmed order terms, product condition, and after-sales inspection results.

Warranty

Battiz replacement batteries are covered by a 12-month warranty under normal use.

If a quality-related issue occurs, please contact us with the product model, order information, quantity affected, photos or videos, and a clear description of the issue.

Return Policy

For B2B and wholesale orders, returns are not handled in the same way as standard retail orders.

Returns may be reviewed in cases such as:
- Wrong product shipped
- Verified quality issue
- Product damaged before delivery
- Other issues confirmed by both parties

The following situations are generally not covered:
- Damage caused by misuse
- Improper charging or storage
- Unauthorized modification
- Physical damage after delivery
- Use with incompatible devices
- Change of mind after bulk order confirmation

After receiving the required information, Battiz will review the case and provide a suitable solution, which may include replacement, repair support, partial credit, or other agreed handling methods.
